The activity of the laboratory is related to:

  • Development of analytical methods for qualitative and quantitative control of biocides;
  • Determination of the physico-chemical characteristics of disinfectants;
  • Quantification of the included active substances (AB) in disinfectants and prepared working solutions;
  • Tracking the stability of AB over time;
  • Disinfection control through express and quantitative chemical methods;
  • Compilation of disinfection regimes;
  • Carrying out quantitative tests of disinfectants, according to the requirements of the BDS/EN/ISO17025 standard;
  • Production of chemical indicators for daily control of sterilization at 121°C, 134°C and 165°C with a certified quality management system BDS/EN/ISO9001;
  • Consultations for interested persons on disinfection and sterilization;
  • Conducting thematic courses for postgraduate studies and individual training of disinfection and sterilization specialists.
